These small group Yoga classes last for 90 minutes, and run consecutively as a mini programme for 6 weeks. New dates for online sessions will be announced ASAP!
During the Covid-19 period, upcoming classes will be held online via Zoom between 9.30am-11.00am on Tuesday mornings. You are welcome to arrive at 9.20am to settle in and offload before the class starts.
